Students are invited to attend an information session in person on Friday, October 28 at 3:00 PM to learn more about the Perú Experiential Learning Trip, which will take place during the March Reading Week (March 4-10). This trip is organized in partnership with , a Peruvian non-profit organization whose work is committed to promoting respect and understanding between different cultures. We will be accepting 9 students who would like to learn about Peruvian culture, language, economy, sustainable development, and history while participating in service projects led by a local organization.
Participating students will gain numerous global competencies, an opportunity to practice their Spanish language skills, and international service-learning experience.
Canadian students will have access to financial support to make this international experience accessible through our office’s federal Global Skills Opportunity funding.

Note: Students selected to participate in this experience must enroll in INTR-2003 (Interdisciplinary) Preparation for International Living in the Winter 2023 semester.
