Ecology of Food and Peruvian cooking class session: participants will receive a packet of ingredients to learn how to make a traditional Peruvian dish.
A virtual volunteer experience for Âé¶¹ÉçÇø students, funded through our Global Skills Opportunity funding with , a non-profit organization based out of Peru that works towards sustainable service learning. The week will have 2-hour sessions Monday-Friday during March Break.

This virtual global volunteering will count towards Âé¶¹ÉçÇø's Certificate in Experiential Learning and Community Engagement.
